The University Diploma in Video Game Design presents the basics of language, rhythm and rules governing this industry. The program develops the creative processes of the sector through a totally practical approach adapted to the working methodologies of professional environments.

The student will be immersed in a journey to deal with disciplines such as drawing, photography, modelling, animation, music or screenwriting, always directing his or her work towards the resolution of projects.

Throughout the three years of the program, the student will have the opportunity to train in a first-rate educational environment, sharing classes with great professionals in video game design and breathing the passion and demands of the industry, in addition to participate in workshops, master classes and specialized events in the sector to maximize his or her creative and technical skills.

After finishing the diploma, the student will be prepared to enter a profession that is increasingly required by companies. He or she will be part of the LCI Education network international portfolio and also part of the wide range of LCI Barcelona job opportunities. The program will also offer the student the possibility of studying a specialization master.

DAVID CARRETERO

Animator and director with more than 19 years of experience in the sector, he has covered projects of consultancy, development, design, animation, realization and direction. He has also worked for clients such as Bassat Ogilvy, Mediapro, TV3, TVE, Danone, Orange, TMB, Nike, Adidas, Philip Roman and in several Goya awarded and Oscar nominated films. He currently combines his work with the coordination of the Animation and Video Games areas at LCI Barcelona.
