Sara González de Ubieta is one of the most innovative craftswomen and designers in the country thanks to her search for sustainable alternatives in footwear manufacturing. The director of our Master's Degree in Design of Footwear, Bags and Leather Goods Collections will present Práctica (Colección Pasarela – Puente Editores), a review of her recent work and the research she has carried out in recent years.

The book, which is part of the project "La Plaça" curated by David Bestué, also includes reports of her collaborations with professionals such as Andrea Viêntëc, Ariadna Parreu, Judit Urgellés, Oscar Tomico, Guillermo Orjales and Noela Covelo, as well as a summary of her practical workshops designed to generate new technical and material possibilities, production methods and common learning. The book has been edited by María Pérez Trillo and some of its pictures belong to Rafa Castells.
