Three LCI Barcelona students, finalists of Hempel Award 28th edition
Celine Meroni, Lola Chevallier and Marta Campos, students of our Bachelor's Degree in Fashion Design, have been selected to take part in the final round of Hempel Award, which will be held next March in Beijing during the opening of the China Fashion Week. The theme of the 28th edition of the contest is "Hard Candy Youth", defined by the organizers as follows: "Youth is life's gift, sweet and tough, just like a hard candy. Sometimes, we enjoy its sweet taste and let it gladden our hearts, or sometimes we bite through its hard shell and try to taste the flavor of maturity. This year's Hempel Award invites to use the language of fashion to build the Tower of Babel that breaks the language boundaries and to define the Generation Z that embodies the spirit of the new age of rising youth".
LCI Barcelona participates since 1996 in this international event organized by the China Fashion Association, Hempel International Group and WWD. Every year, more than 1000 students from all over the world take part in the contest, and our students always achieve great results. Good luck to all three!
