LCI Barcelona collaborates with b'Ars 2020
A new edition of b'Ars - Barcelona International Arts & VFX Fair is held on November 27th and 28th. This specialized fair wants to give a new focus to the VFX industry by bringing together the creative talent of the sector in a fun and playful environment. Given the current situation, this year the event is completely virtual.
LCI Barcelona participates in b'Ars 2020 by providing the talent of its professionals for two workshops that took place this Wednesday and Thursday. Joan Piqué, professor of the Master in Concept Art, gave the workshop "Concept art design for VFX films" in which he explained through examples what work process should be followed when faced with this type of professional assignments. On the other hand, the workshop "Creation of realistic animations with references" by our collaborator Edu Lasierra (co-founder of Rocket Frames) deepened in the development of 3D animations for an action film using human references.
VFX, animation, video games, TV productions, VR... The different areas of the digital sector are in full expansion and, in this context, b'Ars is confirmed as a meeting point not only for industry professionals, but also for students, professors and the general public. Don't miss it!
