Carla Lázaro, Ariadna Gegúndez, Mónica Pérez and Carla Sánchez, students of the Bachelor's Degree in Fashion Design, have been chosen to participate in the grand finale of the international contest Arts of Fashion. 366 students from 116 schools and universities located in 29 different countries have sent their proposals to be part of the 20th edition of the event, whose central theme is "Momentum". The organizers define it as follows: "This word covers what we all experience right now worldwide and how will we use this unique moment in time to rethink, redefine and redraw our way of life, the way we interact with others and, therefore, the way we dress".
Gabriel Torres, project manager of the Fashion Design degree, was part of the jury of experts that met on May 21st at the Cristóbal Balenciaga Museum to select the 50 finalists of this edition, which also included two students from the LCI Education network: Quang Thai Kevin Nguyen (LaSalle College | Montreal) and Adeline Belle Santoso (LaSalle College | Jakarta).

Our four students will materialize two of the three looks submitted for the grand finale of the contest, which will be held next December in San Francisco, pandemic permitting.
LCI Barcelona is once again one of the most represented schools in the final phase of this event organized by the Arts of Fashion Foundation and in which, year after year, it obtains very good results (Queralt Orriols won an AoFF Apprenticeship Award - Maison Lemarié in the 2020 edition).
Congratulations to all and good luck!
