Fashion Symposium - Fashion design with IA by Mango (panel II)

On May 3rd we celebrate the 4th edition of our Fashion Symposium. The panel "Fashion design with AI by Mango" will take place at 12:30h.
Fundéu chose "artificial intelligence" as the expression of the year 2022 because of its omnipresence in more and more sectors, and fashion is no exception. In fact, several companies are doing research on AI and incorporating it into their design processes. In this talk, Lucas Pastur Romay (Manager Data Scientist at Mango) will explain and illustrate how design teams can work in collaboration with artificial intelligence to improve and innovate in the creation processes and sustainability objectives.
About the speaker
Lucas Pastur Romay
He is Manager Data Scientist at Mango, where he leads the advanced product analytics team developing innovative solutions with Artificial Intelligence (AI) techniques. With a degree in Biology from Universidad da Coruña, a master's degree in Neuroscience and a PhD in AI, he joined Mango in October 2020 as head of the Big Data platform for real-time price management in all direct channels. Previously he was at AIA (Aplicaciones en Informática Avanzada), an AI consultancy for different sectors, especially banking and retail. He is currently focused on the use of image-generative AI algorithms to help Mango's multiple design teams in their creative process.
