Student Alexandra Alonso, finalist of the 27th edition of Mittelmoda
We are very happy because Alexandra Alonso, final-year student of the Bachelor's Degree in Fashion Design, is one of the 26 finalists of the contest organized by International Lab of Mittelmoda. At the grand final gala of the contest, which will take place on September 21st during the MICAM fair in Milan, our student will present five looks from her collection "Kollapse". With this project (image above), Alexandra defends a new way of living in which we accept our imperfection and do not constantly seek the approval of others.
An international jury composed of experts and professionals from the textile sector has been in charge of selecting the best proposals from among the hundreds of entries received from all over the world. The official website of Mittelmoda highlights the high level of the finalists' work, as well as the "dedication and determination of the young designers despite the difficult situation in which we are".
