Scholarships and aids

We want to help you have the opportunity to study at LCI Barcelona and give you all possible resources!

Our Learner Services Department will accompany and guide you through the entire process of applying for and processing the scholarships and grants that are available to you:

SCHOLARSHIPS FOR BACHELOR'S DEGREES DELIVERED IN ENGLISH

• Who grants them? LCI Barcelona.
• What do they consist of? Take advantage of our scholarship program by enrolling in our Fashion Communication, Graphic Design, and Interior Design bachelors’ programs delivered in English, September 2024 intake, with a 20% tuition reduction. You can keep this tuition reduction year on year (these finacial aids are not cumulative).
• How can I apply? These scholarships are open to both national and international learners. Enrollment deadline: May 31st, 2024.

SCHOLARSHIPS FOR BACHELOR'S DEGREES DELIVERED IN SPANISH

• Who grants them? LCI Barcelona.
• What do they consist of? Take advantage of our scholarship program by enrolling in our Video Game Design and Photography bachelors’ programs delivered in Spanish, September 2024 intake, with a €1,000 aid on the price of the first year to start your studies in the 2024-2025 academic year (these finacial aids are not cumulative).
• How can I apply? These scholarships are open to both national and international learners. Enrollment deadline: May 31st, 2024.

SCHOLARSHIPS FOR MASTER'S DEGREES DELIVERED IN ENGLISH

 DEADLINE EXPIRED 

• Who grants them? LCI Barcelona.
• What do they consist of? We are awarding 10 scholarships for our English-taught master's programs: Interaction Design and Inmersive Experiences (official program), Fashion Business Management and Administration, Fashion Marketing, 3D Animation and VFX, and Branding. We offer 2 scholarships for each course, one covering 100% of the tuition fees and the other covering 50%, exclusive for the 2024-2025 academic year (for more information, click here).
• How can I apply? You must create a prompt related to the theme 'Design for planet centered and human future' and, from this, generate a visual using AI tool(s). You can submit your proposal by April 14th, 2024. These scholarships are open to both national and international learners.

€1,000 SCHOLARSHIPS FOR MASTER'S DEGREES IN GRAPHIC DESIGN DELIVERED IN SPANISH AND MASTER'S DEGREES DELIVERED IN ENGLISH

• Who grants them? LCI Barcelona.
• What do they consist of? Take advantage of our scholarship program by enrolling in our master's degrees in the area of Graphic Design taught in Spanish and all our master's degrees taught in English with a €1,000 aid on the price of the program for the 2024-2025 academic year (these finacial aids are not cumulative).
• How can I apply? These scholarships are open to both national and international learners. Enrollment deadline: April 25th, 2024.

CONTINUING EDUCATION SCHOLARSHIPS

• Who grants them? LCI Barcelona.
• What do they consist of? These scholarships are designed so that our alumni can continue their education with us at a special price.
• How can I apply? If you have finished your studies at LCI Barcelona during the last three years, you can take our master's and postgraduate programs with a 25% discount on the cost of each program (10% for the Master in Management and Direction of Fashion Companies). These scholarships are exclusive for former learners of bachelor's degrees, diplomas, masters, postgraduates and pattern making courses (they must be at least 240 hours).

SCHOLARSHIPS FOR EXCELLENCE

• Who grants them? LCI Barcelona.
• What do they consist of? These are scholarships designed to encourage the academic excellence of the learners.
• How can I apply? Within each subject, the learner who obtains a distinction in the ordinary exam is exempted, the following year, from paying the amount equivalent to the number of credits of that subject.

MINISTRY SCHOLARSHIPS

• Who grants them? The Ministry of Education of the Government of Spain.
• What do they consist of? These are general scholarships for the 2022-2023 academic year aimed at learners pursuing post-compulsory studies in the area of higher arts education. You can apply for them if you are a learner of an official bachelor's or master's degree born in Spain or with permanent residence in our country.
• How can I apply? You can check if you meet all the requirements on the official website of the Ministry of Education and submit your application until May 12th, 2022. The School offers a support service to help you apply for these scholarships.

METAL SCHOLARSHIP

 DEADLINE EXPIRED 

• Who grants it? Metal Magazine and LCI Barcelona.
• What does it consist of? This scholarship provides the winner with a 100% discount on the total cost of tuition for our Master in Fashion Styling, Advertising and Audiovisual Media for the 2023-2024 academic year.
• How can I apply? To apply for the Metal Scholarship it is essential to have a university degree in Fashion Design, Image Consulting, Protocol, Audiovisual Communication, Advertising or Fine Arts. You can find all the details in this link.

YOROKOBU SCHOLARSHIP

• Who grants it? Yorokobu and LCI Barcelona.
• What does it consist of? This scholarship provides the winner with a 100% discount on the total cost of tuition for our Master in Art Direction and Graphic Project Management for the 2024-2025 academic year.
• How can I apply? To apply for the Yorokobu Scholarship it is essential to have a university degree in Graphic Design, Advertising and PR, Audiovisuals, Graphic Arts or Fine Arts. You can find all the details in this link.

AWARD FOR BEST HIGH SCHOOL FINAL PROJECT

• Who awards it? LCI Barcelona.
• What does it consist of? We are looking for the best High School final project in Catalonia! If your project is chosen, you will win an Apple pack (27-inch iMac + iPad Air) and your school will receive a set of books from Gustavo Gili Publishing House valued at 200 euros. The two runners-up will each win a Polaroid camera.
• How can I participate? If you are in the last year of High School and your research project is related to design, visual arts, innovation or creativity, follow the instructions on this page. You can submit your project until June 30th, 2022.
